From Lihue Airport follow Ahukini Road (towards the mountains) take a left turn on Highway 50 to the junction of Highway 520 and take a left turn (toward the ocean) onto Hwy 520. Take 520 south until the first left turn onto Ala Kinoiki. Follow Ala Kinoiki to the intersection of Poi'pu Road, go straight through onto Pe'e Road. Follow Pe'e Road to Makahuena at Poi'pu and park in the parking lot. Address 1661 Pe'e Rd, Koloa, HI 96756. Once you have parked descend the steps located in the left corner of the parking lot near the buildings, pass the pool and take a slight right to the separated Unit 1106. 

Be mindful of the low-speed limits in these areas and know that at certain times of day, there will be more traffic heading into (or out of) Po'ipu. A day or two on the island will get you accustomed to Kauai's specific traffic patterns.
